In order to be able to meet the individual needs of each client when searching for a property, First Estates created an optimised platform with personalized tools to help you achieve exactly that.
Here are the different options the site provides. You can choose the personalized searching tool that best fits your needs.
Searching for a property using the map
This searching tools offers you the convenience of an interactive map. Mark, through clicking, the desired area on the provided Sofia map. The functionalities behind this tool will present you with an optimized search result on the chosen area. You have the opportunity to choose one or more sub-areas in the already marked region, for example old part, new part of town, etc. After you’ve optimised your search according to your desires, the button ‘Search’ will lead you to a page of properties that fit your location criteria. In case one or more of the results shown are to your liking, but you wish to search in different locations, you can simply use the tool ‘Save Search’. This way you can come back and go through these properties faster and easier, and at any given time!
Draw a region
In case the interactive map did not present you with the desired search optimisation, you can improve on it by using the tool ‘Draw’.
With this innovative functionality everything is in your hands, because you can manually draw an accurate representation of the location of interest within the city. After that you can easily choose the property that best fits your need within the area you have drawn!
Searching for a property via Areas
This tool will truly offer you with a wide selection of areas in Sofia – a total of 49! An easy to use optimised tool which will save you much time and trouble. Simply mark the area or multiple of areas of choice and browse through all offerings that match your criteria!
