What is your prior business background or education?
My first job... 🤔 I almost was 16 years old when I found the funny side of Sunny beach. I started as a concierge at one of the most popular hotels, but as of next summer I started as a bartender – this is where the unstoppable party comes. After my graduation with excellent grades from one of the most elite high schools – profiled high school for Romance languages – specialized in Italian, I continued my education at Sofia University with Law studies. With time I had to focus more on learning and less on having fun. While I was studying I worked at several places at the same time in Sofia. At one time I realized that I was working at three places at the same time- I confess it was really entertaining... Then I was 22-23 years old and my motivation for achieving my top goals didn’t let me down for a moment. My experience in Sofia is very diverse – a professional cleaning company, a bartender in a premium night club, and for a little while I was part of a new project – “new chauffeurs of taxis” – young and educated boys, well-dressed and with good behavior offer a variety of services that the company had for their clients. I must confess I met many amusing and different people and I don’t regret a minute of it. And that until I found my inner desire and curiosity for the real estate market. Not long after I met my current mentor Mr. Pascal Duffy. Since May 2014 I started my career in my professional route in the field of real estate. 

What type of real estate or area of Sofia is your specialty?
Through the years spent in First Estates I started from zero when I didn’t have any knowledge of how the market functions, to the moment when I took the position of mediation for selling and buying properties in the center of Sofia and the areas near South Park. I also consult my clients when letting their properties after they bought them with my mediation. In the last few years, I work mainly with exclusive clients and recommendations. 

How long have you been working in the Sofia real estate industry?
Since May 2014. What in your option is the most exciting thing about real estate in Sofia? Variety of choices! The liberty of deciding between proven investment companies and builders /hope you make difference between investors and builders/ and “old buildings” in the center of Sofia. The possibility of making harmonic decisions that bring satisfaction, serenity, and comfort in our frantic daily schedule of “Sofia citizen in excess”. 

What is the best piece of advice you can give to clients?

Thrust the proven professionals in the field of real estate and don’t waste today’s most valuable aspect -your Time! But please! – don’t miss giving a chance to the young and bold consultants that will protect the client’s trust – that way you help them become the professionals with whom everybody wants to work with and rely on their services.
