Where are you originally from?
I’m born in Burgas – “the best city to live in Bulgaria” 😊 A city that becomes more and more beautiful and is famous with many beloved actors, singers, festivals and ... for most “oh, the sea...” 😊

What is your prior business background or education?
I really wanted to become a lawyer. But I finished my library studies instead because I liked books even more. I also have a bachelor in Economics, but I realized sitting on a desk for a whole day is not for me. I worked in the commercial department for Oxford University Press for Bulgaria that was related to my education. All in all, I understood that real estate combines everything that suits me the best and now I feel happy.

What type of real estate or area of Sofia is your specialty?
I mainly work in the center and the Eastern areas. Sometimes I work with other offers if my clients need it. My specialty is apartments but sometimes I have offers for houses too... Diversity enriches knowledge.

How long have you been working in the Sofia real estate industry?
It’s been 10 years now. I had a brief break but I realized that I shouldn’t have done it and I corrected my mistake and came back to real estate. This time forever.

What in your option is the most exciting thing about real estate in Sofia?
Exciting for me is the fact that each case is different from another and brings new knowledge and experience. But always the most exciting part is the moment when people “see” themselves in their new home.

What is the best piece of advice you can give to clients?
To be very careful in choosing their broker, because this will be the person in who they must absolute faith in and the person who will save them time and will help them “earn” more money. We invest our time to save the time of our clients and time is money.
